| GEPCO Announces New Power Outage Schedule |
Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) has issued a power shutdown notice due to energization of 132 KV Capacitor Bank and for Installation of 02 No outgoing Panel, maintenance of electrical lines and development works.
According to the schedule, power supply will shutdown 04-03-2021 from 09:00 to 15:00 hrs. (06 Hrs)
INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED TO AVAIL SHUT DOWNS
1. The work must be completed within the scheduled period of shut down without fai.
2. Maintence work of 11KV Feeders during the shut down by the concerned SDO Operation
3. Feedback to this office regarding executed work for the perusal of Cheif Engineer O&M (Dist.).
4. Necessary action to ensure the proper use of T&P and implementation of safety precautions
5. Arrangement for
publishing of news of Shut Downs in local as well as National Press well in
time. The exact nature of work must be given in the news of shut down.
6. The copies of press clipping showing shut down in the Newspapers along with copy of PTW must be provided to this office.
7. Announcement in Masajid's speakers of affected areas.
8. Advertisement in local cable network.
9. VIP consumers must be communicated well in time.
